VEHICLE

Q. Can I choose the specification of the van?

A. All our vehicles are delivered to the specification detailed on each van page subject to availability.

 

Q. Can the van be sign written?

A. Yes, with permission from the rental partner.

 

Q. How many keys are provided?
A. Each vehicle is delivered with one key.

Q. Do I have to arrange and pay for the vehicle tax?

A. Your vehicle will be delivered complete with a tax disk, if the tax expires during your contact a new disk will be sent to you.


CONTRACT
Q. What contracts do you offer?

A. FLEXXiVan contracts cover a 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 month periods.

 

Q. What if I have found a suitable vehicle, but I need a higher mileage allowance?

A. Your annualized contract mileage limit is 24,000 or 2000 miles per month but we also offer additional mileage levels up to 30,000 miles. Any mileage exceeding your contract allowance will be subject to an excess mileage charge specified in your Contract.

 


DELIVERY

Q. How quickly can you deliver my chosen vehicle? 

A. Once we receive your signed Contract and subject to availability you can expect delivery of your vehicle within 7-14 days subject to availability.

 

Q. Do I have to pay a delivery charge?
A. There is no charge for delivery unless otherwise stated.

Q. Can you deliver my chosen vehicle to off UK mainland locations?
A. Yes, although there will be an additional charge for delivery to off UK mainland locations. This must be arranged with us prior to delivery.

INSURANCE & MAINTENANCE
Q. Can you insure the vehicle for me?
A. The vehicle must be insured by you on your own fully comprehensive insurance with an excess of less than £500 and a certificate of insurance must be provided in advance of the hire commencement.

Q. What do I do in the event of a breakdown?
A. All breakdowns are covered by our 24 hour breakdown service. In the event of breakdown you should call our helpline on 0800 123456.

Q. What do I do in the event of an accident?
A. You should call the breakdown helpline on 0800 123456.

Q. What is covered under the maintenance contract?
A. Your contract includes the maintenance of tyres, routine servicing and maintenance.

Q. Where do I take the van if I have a maintenance or servicing issue?
A. You must take the vehicle to the supplying location, details of which can be found within your contract.

Q. Who is liable for servicing and when?
A. It is your responsibility to book the vehicle in for servicing, details of which are contained within your vehicle.

 


OTHER
Q. Will I be refused a lease if I have an adverse credit history?

A. All applications are subject to FLEXXiVan’s credit checking process. All applicants will be considered and we will work with you where possible to find a route of supplying your desired vehicle.
